U15 Yellow add some 'punch' to their game!

Massive thanks to manager Ben and Club KO in Queens Road, Buckhurst Hill for hosting a great boxing/fitness session with our U15 Yellows last week. Also big thanks to former West Ham player Morgan Amalfitano for popping in to see the boys, having a chat with the team and giving them some inspiration. "It was really great to see the boys building their fitness and confidence" says manager Karen.
